Look at these chairs, so similar to the ones that I have collected from my local thrift store (the DI) over the last several years. Here is my set:

I'm hoping some day that our present kitchen will be as beautiful as this one. We haven't done much to the kitchen since we started working on the basement. I love our deep teal cabinets, grey granite countertops, newly refinished parquet floors, and white tiled backsplash. The eating area needs some zing:
